Our Champagnes are probably the most thought of by our guests who think of 'the kitchen of Floris'. Our Champagne list is one of the largest in The Netherlands, respresenting more than 125 different items, each of them personally selected and tasted in the region of Champagne in France. We visit Champagne twice a year to discover new wines, areas and producers and are searching in areas rarely visited by others. Ofcourse respect for nature, product and people is important here.
